Furnaces and Boilers

This includes changing and or cleaning all filters and screens, cleaning all sensors and pilot assemblies, and ensuring that there are no leaks present. Testing all aspects of the system and making the necessary adjustments to keep your system running at it’s highest potential.

Air conditioners and Heat Pumps

$150

This includes changing and or cleaning all filters and screens, ensuring that there are no leaks present. Testing all aspects of the system and making the necessary adjustments to keep your system running at it’s highest potential.

Fireplaces

$150

This includes cleaning of the glass, cleaning all sensors and pilot assemblies, replacing all batteries and ensuring that there are no leaks present. Testing all aspects of the system and making the necessary adjustments to keep your system running at it’s highest potential.

Multiple units

$95

If you require servicing of multiples of the same unit, the first one will cost $150, and each subsequent one will be $95.

Prices are subject to change.

No heat, no hot water, or air-conditioning not working

$125

A call out for one of these services is $125 per hour. There is a one hour minimum charge per call and parts will be extra if needed.

Hourly labour rate for Journeymen

$125

We charge $125 per hour plus parts for any general labour work you may require.

Hourly labour rate for apprentice

$75

We charge $75 per hour plus parts for any general labour work our apprentices provide.

After hours and weekend callouts.

$200

A call out after hours, on the weekends, or a sat holiday is $200 per hour. There is a 2 hour minimum charge per call and parts will be extra if needed.
